Booking Information
All prices quoted are in £ Sterling for the villa per week regardless of the number of guests staying. If you wish to pay in another currency (such as US Dollars) please contact us for details of the prevailing rate.
The rental price includes full air-conditioning throughout the villa, airport transfers on arrival and departure, clean linen and towels and an arrival welcome pack.
Where any week sees a change in the month the rental price for that week will be apportioned at the appropriate rate between the number of days in each month.
The villa is cleaned on a weekly basis. Additional cleaning can be arranged in advance at a cost of £50 per visit. Please contact us for further details.
Deposit and Final Payment
To secure a booking a deposit of 25% of the rental price is required. The balance is payable 10 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Details on request.
